Instead of the Rated G rule you're all used to as the main rule, we have 1-uped that rule to rated PG. Words like freaking, crap, and hell are aloud, with some exceptions. No using them in an insult to others, and no "what the" behind the word Hell.

He didn't use it in the sense of a bad way like he said before putting 'what the' before it. He probably just mentioned it like talking about sin and hell.
