I got some "okay" news. Nintendo is updating the DS once again (why they should is beyond me) it now has a SD card slot and a built in camera for pictures. Alos, the screen size has increased by a quarter of an inch, and it is now slimmer. Is this idea good?
EDIT, JOHNNYGUN: This has been confirmed. This is going to be called the DSi, but it's not coming into the USA anytime soon because DS Lites are still selling good (Not sure about Canada or China though). Once that stops, and a lot of people have DS Lites, they are going to start selling these.

Get ready you music-game fans, the next two months will blow your mind. It starts in October, with the release of Guitar Hero: World Tour. The new game is going to be like Rockband, with the addition of a drumset and microphone. In November, however, Rockband will come out with its second game, Rockband 2. While it's your opinion to decide which one to buy (or both), you can be sure to get a great game that is fun to play.

For Resident Evil fans out there I have the news on how Resident Evil 0 for Wii is doing. Resident Evil 0 for Wii is staying Japan only. Not a major loss since there is no news on anything different from the Gamecube version. If you want to like I'm gonna do you can buy a Region Breaker for around $9.99 and Biohazard 0 Wii (JPN) for around $40.99 + S/H $5.76 (Starting)
Also no news on Resident Evil 5 for Wii but still positive on PS3 and Xbox 360. There is also going to probaly be co-op, one person plays as Chris other as Shiva, they said you can play co-op online but didn't mention local.
Left 4 Dead for Xbox 360 and PC is said to be coming to us from Valve in November. Zombie fans should all be excited for this one. Left 4 Dead is a zombie survival that has similarities to Counter-Strike: Source. L4D is based off of a mod for CS:S. This is gonna be an exciting one.

Super Mario Sluggers wasn't released where I live yet...it seems strange, Gamespot said it comes out today, so first we went to Target (Its really close by) and they didn't have it, Gamestop didn't have it either. They said its coming tomorrow. Oh well, anyways, I have some screenshots of Pokemon Platinum from Serebii (Where do they get the screenshots?) The release date for the game in Japan is September 13th, so we might be getting the game around the same time as we get Animal Crossing: City Folk, or before if we're lucky, anyways, enjoy the screenshots.
Giratina is too strong for Cyrus.

Several things to say, first off, Super Mario Sluggers comes out tomorrow, I'm sure you all know about it from the last two articles, TnTGamer posted all the fields, except for the hidden Luigi's mansion unlockable level, the cruise ship is also an unlockable level. I know how to unlock them already, thanks to Nintendo Power for revealing the whole game... T_T Oh well, its my own fault for reading it, so enjoy these screenshots.
Mario Stadium looks the same...
Very fuzzy picture, but I like this desert course.
And of course what would this game be without playable Mii characters?
The second game I'd like to mention is Animal Crossing: City Folk, I like the Animal Crossing series, though the second one is much better than the first... Anyways the release date is November 16th, and there is going to be a WiiSpeak attachment for the game sold seperately for $29.99. There are some more CLEAR screenshots for AC: CF than SMS. Enjoy!
Update 8/26/08: I saw all of these pictures in the new Nintendo Power Issue, they were already on Gamespot though.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has a set release date for September 16th, exactly two months before Animal Crossing. I'm sure you'll like the game if you look at these screenshots.

There are a few more games coming to the Wii this year/next year, I have a few of them to list.
Mario Super Sluggers The plumber and his party pals dust off their mitts for Wii's Mario Super Sluggers, a sports game that adventure fans should pay close attention to. - Nintendo Power
Is a baseball game but with a interesting story mode tied into it, the game uses the Wii's controllers (Wii Mote or Wii Mote + Nun chuck) very nicely to take advantage of the game, definitely a game I'm waiting for!
Another is a New Sonic game to hit the Wii, Sonic & The Black Knight Sega's fleet footed hedgehog forges a new path and clashes with royalty in Sonic and the Black Knight exclusively on Wii. -Nintendo Power
Allot of action in this game! It is a RPG styled game, and allot of new features introduced to the game, you play as sonic in a medieval setting. You will receive points or coins at the end of each level/mission, the amount received will vary depending on if you attacked pedestrians, damaged the area etc. This game is going to be a must get!
Also if you didn't know Ghost Busters: The Video Game will be out shortly, a highly anticipated game.
A few games are being converted to the Wii like Skate it a Tony Hawk-like skating game.
Wii Ware
Little Kings Story is a RPG made by the creators of Harvest Moon, I don't know when this Wii Ware game will be released.

This was also found by Glitchy, the Nintendo Press Site has info on the new Kirby game as well, Kirby Super Star Ultra, there hasn't been a kirby game in a while, lets just hope for another F-Zero game.
There are screenshots for Wario Land: Shake it, and Kirby Super Star Ultra on Gamespot.

Madden 09 marks the 20th anniversery of Madden games.
The new Madden football game, Madden 09 will mark the 20th anniversery of the Madden games. A new feature for this game, is the "All-Play" mode designed for the Wii Remote. It is set to be released on August 12, 2008. More information here.
